Admission & Registration Information

Admission Requirements:

(A) Admission requirements and entry assessment of following programs:

• Professional Aesthetics, Nail & ESL Program,
• Professional Esthetics and
• Professional Nail Technology Program:

1. 1. Applicants must be a high school graduate OR mature student who reached the age of 19 years or older.
   2. Proof of English skills for English as Second Language applicants to pass an internal English proficiency test included writing and oral assessment, the passing grade is 50%.
   3. Applicants must submit a Doctor’s note to prove good health and normal hand and eye condition.

The basic requirements ensure that students can achieve the program outcomes, since many tasks require acute eyesight to paint nails, normal hand conditions to do facials and a good health condition for hygiene purposes.

(B)  Admission requirement of Aesthetics Exam Preparation and Courses do not require approval by the PTIB is 19 years of age or with approval of parent/legal guardian.

Language Proficiency Assessment Policy:

Instruction at Senniyo Aesthetics International School of Canada Inc. is conducted in English. Applicants whose first language is not the language of instruction are required to undergo a Language Proficiency Assessment prior to enrollment in order to ensure that they have the language abilities necessary to successfully complete the program of their choice. A Language Proficiency Test includes writing and oral assessments. Language proficiency requirements are admission requirements and may not be waived by either the institution or the student.
