  1. Definitions of Prohibited Conduct
  • Anti-Racism & Racial Discrimination: The School prohibits any conduct—intentional or unintentional—that treats an individual unfavourably due to their race, colour, ancestry, national origin, or personal characteristics associated with race. This includes systemic barriers that deny equal educational opportunities.
  • Discrimination: Any unfair differential treatment based on race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, political belief, religion, marital status, family status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, age, or unrelated criminal convictions.
  • Harassment: Unwanted physical or verbal behaviour that offends, humiliates, or degrades an individual. While typically characterized by a pattern of behaviour over time, a single severe incident may also constitute harassment.

  • Review:The Administrator will consider the severity of the incident and the maturity level of those involved. A formal recommendation for action will be provided to the General Manager within two weeks.
  • Resolution:The General Manager will determine the appropriate disciplinary measure. Depending on the severity of the incident, actions may include :
  • Formal verbal or written warnings
